The Wallaceburg Red Devils picked up a win in their season opener on Sunday in London against the Blue Devils.
Kyle Dawson got Wallaceburg started with the first goal of the season at the 4:13 mark of the first period… and the Red Devils never looked back in a dominant 15-4 win.
Parker Gilhuly had three goals and four assists for seven points and Corey Lucier had two goals and five assists for seven points as well to lead Wallaceburg in scoring.
Evan Mathany scored four goals, three on the powerplay.
Goalie Eric Shepley made 29 saves for the win.
Wallaceburg will have their home opener on Sunday, April 24 against the Windsor Clippers.
The game starts at 2 p.m.
