A Bothwell man has suffered life threatening injuries after an ATV crash in Thamesville.
Just before 2 a.m. this morning, emergency crews responded to an ATV collision in Ferguson Park.
The driver, a 25-year-old Bothwell man failed to negotiate a turn and struck a ditch embankment in the north east corner of the Park.
The driver sustained life-threatening injuries and his passenger, a 23-year-old Harwich Township man was also injured but able to get help.
Both men were transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance and transferred to London for further medical attention.
The collision remains under investigation by the CKPS Traffic Unit.

Wow, way to go Chatham Kent on passing that by-law! Apparently it doesn’t matter if it’s a by law or not more people are getting hurt now that everybody put up a big stink about being able to ride them. Maybe they should be used only where they are supposed to be used, NOT near ditches.
