Police are investigating after a shotgun, rifle, knives and other items were stolen from a home just outside of Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent police officials say sometime yesterday between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. unknown suspects forced their way into a residence on St. Clair Parkway just outside of Wallaceburg causing about $1,000 damage.
Cash, TD cheques, jewelry, 270 hunting rifle, 12 gauge shotgun, ammunition, hunting knives and a pellet gun resembling a black .45 caliber revolver were stolen.
