Over 100 kids lined the shore of the Sydenham River at the Wallaceburg Legion on Saturday morning for the annual kid’s fishing derby.
Postponed from the previous morning, the crowd took advantage of the clear skies for the fun event.
The event is for children ages 3 to 13.
Free pop and hot-dog were available for the kids, along with prizes.
Ed’s Bait was supplying the bait for the event.
The event is held in memory of Taiya Talbot and Tyler Bernard.
