Mrs. Cathy Jane Ouellette, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Sydenham Campus, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 67.
Cathy was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Donald and Lillian (Burgess) Wade.
Beloved wife of Lionel Orville Ouellette.
Loving mother of Steve (Sarah) Ouellette and Darren Ouellette.
Sadly missed by her grandson Michael.
Kind sister and sister-in-law of Ken (Janet) Wade, Bruce (Shirley) Wade, Marie (Bill) Fish, Wayne (Jill) Ouellete and Sandy Ouellette.
Predeceased by her brother-in-law Lenard Ouellette.
At Cathy’s request, cremation will take place. Interment of ashes will be held at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to Ovarian Cancer Canada may be left at the funeral home.
As a living memorial, a tree will be planted in Nicholls Memorial Forest in Memory of Cathy Jane Ouellette.
