A stolen motorcycle from Waterloo was recovered in Wallaceburg on Wednesday.
Chatham-Kent police officials say on August 16, 2016 a blue 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle was reported stolen from the region of Waterloo.
Yesterday, police received information that a Wallaceburg man was in possession of the stolen motorcycle. Officers attended his residence and recovered the stolen motorcycle behind a dumpster on the property.
The 49-year-old man was arrested and upon being searched incident to arrest, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
He has been charged with possession of property obtained by a crime over $5,000 and drug possession.
The motorcycle was seized and Waterloo Regional Police were notified that the vehicle had been recovered.
