A Wallaceburg District Secondary School graduate has died following a fire on Wednesday (Oct. 26) near the University of Windsor.
Andrew Kraayenbrink, 19, was killed when a blaze broke out at 272 Rankin Avenue at 4:30 a.m. yesterday morning.
Reports say three other people suffered non-life threatening injuries, while the condition of two others was unknown.
Kraayenbrink had been studying at the Windsor university and was living in the house with five other students.
The Windsor Fire & Rescue Service along with the Ontario Fire Marshal are investigating and remain at the scene.
