A Chatham teen is facing charges after a coffee cup was used a s a weapon.
Chatham-Kent police officials say on October 31, an unknown male assaulted another person by throwing a full cup of coffee at the victim.
Through investigation the unknown male was identified and located.
On November 3, at approximately 1:50 p.m. the male was arrested for assault with a weapon.
The 18-year-old Chatham male was released with future court date.
