A Walpole Island teenager is facing charges after allegedly breaching some release conditions.
Chatham-Kent police officials say on October 4, a teen was released from custody with several conditions.
One of those conditions stated that he was not to contact or communicate with a specific Wallaceburg girl.
On November 3, 2016 police learned that the teen tried to communicate with her through Facebook.
Yesterday morning, the teen turned himself in to police.
The 17-year-old Walpole Island teen was arrested and charged with failing to comply.
He was transported to the court house pending a bail hearing.
