A Brantford man has charged after the transport he was driving rolled on the 401.
Chatham-Kent OPP officials say on November 15, around 6 a.m. officers responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 401 near Queens Line.
Investigation indicated that an eastbound tractor trailer had left the highway, entered a field and rolled onto its side.
Emergency crews attended and one eastbound lane of Highway 401 was set to be temporarily closed in order to accommodate emergency and the Ministry of Environment cleanup crews.
The 35-year-old male driver of Brampton has been charged with Careless driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
