Firefighters from Chatham-Kent Fire & Emergency Services remained on scene at 701 St. Clair Street most of yesterday and continue to extinguish hot spots today, following a structure fire that started just after midnight Sunday morning.
The Office of the Fire Marshal is investigating with the assistance of the Chatham-Kent Police Service and Chatham-Kent Fire & Emergency Services to determine a cause.
The investigation could take several days to complete due to the complexity and size of the building.
