A Wallaceburg man faces charges after allegedly spitting beer on two youth during an argument.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say on April 25, a 23-year-old man found himself in an argument with a 9-year-old and a 12-year-old.
Police say the 23-year-old allegedly responded to this argument by spitting beer on the two kids, threatening them with bodily harm and uttering racial slurs.
Subsequently, officers arrested the man.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
