A suspect has been arrested after a stolen pick-up truck was recovered in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say on May 10 officers were dispatched to a theft of a pick-up truck from the north end of Chatham.
The vehicle was marked as belonging to a local business, which allowed the victims to guide police to Wallaceburg.
The vehicle was recovered in Wallaceburg and video surveillance of the parking area provided police with an identity of a suspect.
A 39-year-old Chatham man was located and arrested for theft and possession over $5,000.
Upon being searched, police allege the man was found to be in possession of break and enter tools and was additionally charged.
The man was held pending a bail hearing.
