The sun was shining bright, as the annual Dresden Kinsmen Pet and Hobby Parade took place on Friday night in downtown Dresden.
The parade marshal began at Metcalfe and Centre Street, before the procession headed up St. George Street enroute to Jackson Park.
Once at the park, there was free hot dogs, free refreshments and a free kid’s carnival setup.
There were set to be prizes awarded for: best dressed boy/girl/group, best pet, best decorated bike, best float, best non-commercial float, judges’ choice.
