Sarnia Police Service officials say on June 20, at approximately 1:10 p.m., the Sarnia Police Service along with Sarnia Fire and Lambton EMS, responded to a call involving what was believed to be a workplace injury at the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club located on Errol Road West in the City of Sarnia.

Information received was that an employee of the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club was working on a fallen tree and when the other employees returned they found him unconscious on the ground.

The 58-year-male, who was found unconscious, was transported to hospital where he was later pronounced deceased by doctors.
