Charges have been laid after a cyclist was struck by a vehicle on Friday.
Police say yesterday afternoon, emergency crews responded to a collision between a motor vehicle and cyclist on McCreary Line near Mandaumin Road.
The 40-year-old cyclist from Wallaceburg sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Total damage was estimated at $1,500, police officials say.
The driver, a 59-year-old Newbury man was charged with failing to turn out to the left to avoid a collision with a bicycle.
