A teenager faces assault charges after an incident in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials say on December 20, a 14-year-old male youth approached a 15-year-old male youth at 920 Elgin Street in Wallaceburg,
Police allege that the 14-year-old began to assault the 15-year-old.
As a result, the 15-year-old had to be medically treated and was later released from hospital, police officials say.
On Friday, the 14-year-old attended the Chatham-Kent Police Service Wallaceburg Station and turned himself in, police say.
He was later released with conditions and a future court date.
