Fentanyl, cocaine, meth, and heroin seized in Sarnia

Members of the Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit entered into an investigation involving suspects allegedl trafficking methamphetamine and Fentanyl within the City of Sarnia from an address in the 200 block of Russell Street South.

Police officials say on March 15, the Vice Unit requested and was granted a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act Search Warrant for the residence located on Russell Street South, police officials say.

Officers were able to make entry into the residence at approximately 9:50 pm with the assistance of members from the Sarnia Police Service COPPS Unit and Criminal Investigation Branch.

Three females and a male were located in the residence and subsequently arrested.

Police officials allege officers searched the residence and located the following:

– Approximately 6 grams of cocaine

– Approximately 28 grams of methamphetamine

– 2.5 Fentanyl patches (100 mcg dosage per full patch)

– 44 various dosages of hydromorphone pills

– Approximately 1.3 grams of heroin

The approximate street value of the drugs located is $7,870.

Officers also located $4,115 in Canadian currency.

Due to the evidence located a 40-year-old man, a 30-year-old woman, a 44-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman, all from Sarnia, were arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.

They all face future court dates.
