\Huge day planned for Dresden Raceway this Sunday. The $12,700 Final of the Mark Austin Pacing Series. This will honour A great trainer, wonderful father and husband and an awesome friend to many.
Mark and Ken Houston will be sharing the day. Former NHL’er Houston played nine seasons and was a very community minded person who loved his family and never forgot his Dresden roots. Austin and Houston were friends and Mark trainer Ken’s horses including Spare Time Warrior, Fish My Pal and Hosit the Colors.
There will be an auction at Dresden Raceway this Sunday with proceeds to the Ken Houston scholarship fund. the money will go to a product of the Dresden Minor Hockey who will be moving on to the next level of education.
