This past June, Kori and Killian Irwin graduated with honours from Wallaceburg District Secondary School.
The Port Lambton residents both were accepted at the University of Windsor, majoring in human kinetics.
They were also successful in making the varsity women’s fastball team, playing in the Ontario Intercollegiate Women’s Softball Association.
Kori was chosen as an all star at third base, only making two errors in the 18 game schedule.
She also finished the season second in team batting average and was a top offensive producer throughout the season.
Twin sister Killian also had very notable offensive and defensive statistics.
