A Community Wellness Day hosted at the Wallaceburg Branch of the Chatham-Kent Public Library has been deemed a success by the organizers.
“The Community Wellness Day hosted by the Chatham-Kent Public Library at the Wallaceburg Branch saw a number of community members the other day,” Dominique McKee, community navigator for the Chatham-Kent Public Library, told the Sydenham Current.
“Children, adults and seniors alike took part in the craft activities, spent time with our therapy dogs and joined in on the free yoga. It was a great way to boost everyone’s morale on a cold winter day.”
McKee said their next and final Community Wellness Day is scheduled for Saturday, February 16 at the Chatham Branch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and no pre-registration is required.
