Municipality of Chatham-Kent officials say a media conference to announce details of a new multi-million dollar residential development at the site of the former YMCA building at 242 King Street West will take place Thursday, February 14 at 9:30 a.m.
Everlast Group is developing the property that will be used as a student residence in Chatham, Municipal officials stated in a media release.
Full details on the development will be provided and a tour of the facility will be held Thursday.
