Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 11 p.m. a man was observed repeatedly kicking a vehicle that did not belong to him, within a parking lot in Wallaceburg.
The vehicle sustained damage as a result of the man’s kicking.
Due to his unknown whereabouts at the time police learned of the damage, a warrant for the man’s arrest was issued.
Early Sunday morning just after midnight, the 29-year-old Wallaceburg man was located, arrested on the warrant and charged with mischief under $5,000.
He was released with a future court date.
