Thanks to a generous donation from TekSavvy, many of Chatham-Kent’s animals might find their forever home in the adoption room sponsored by TekSavvy.
“Our hope is that having a space that is warm and friendly in the new building will support families and pets finding each other, said Spencer Antaya, Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships.
The new shelter is set to be open next month.
Fundraising continues.
With a goal of $15,000 still to be raised donations can be made online through The Friends of the New Animal shelter or in person at the Municipality of Chatham Kent.
