Sydenham Field Naturalists holding plant sale

The Sydenham Field Naturalists are holding a Native Plant Sale on Saturday, May 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The sale is taking place at the Peers Wetland, 29644 Kimball Side Road in Wallaceburg.

“This is a great opportunity for you to add beautiful plants to your garden that birds, bees and butterflies love,” organizers say.

“According to the United Nations report restoring biodiversity will help mitigate the effects of climate change. We can all do our part by planting native species plants in our gardens. Birds, butterflies and bees all of which show numbers in decline thrive better with native plants that sustain them.”
