Theft from vehicles in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On July 12, 2019 at 7 a.m. police were notified that multiple vehicles had been entered overnight in the Landings neighbourhood.

Through investigation, police learned that at approximately 3 a.m. three young white men were observed in the area.

Loose change, Oakley sunglasses, gift cards, two spare sets of keys and cell phone chargers were stolen from four unlocked vehicles.

The first suspect was last seen wearing grey Roots pants, brown shoes, a black long sleeve shirt or sweater with a red logo on the front and dark ball cap. He was tall with a thin build.

The second suspect was last seen wearing dark shorts, a dark long sleeve shirt or sweater and dark running shoes. He also appeared tall with a thin build.

The third suspect appeared to be wearing dark pants and a long sleeve shirt.
