
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Monday night around 9:30 p.m. two men attended the residence of a woman known to them in Ridgetown.
While in her apartment, the men stole prescription medication.
When the woman tried to stop them, a starters pistol was pointed at her as the men fled.
Through investigation, police identified the two men responsible.
Around 1:30 a.m. this morning, police located the pair in Shrewsbury and they were arrested.
A 23-year-old Shrewsbury man has been charged with robbery and weapons dangerous.
A 23-year-old Blenheim man has been charged with robbery and being in possession of a brass knuckle which is a prohibited weapon.
Both were transported to the Courthouse pending a bail hearing.
