– Property Identification Number 00567 0069 and 00567 0067, Part of the Road Allowance between Concessions 1 and 2, Municipality of Chatham-Kent, depicted as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on 24R10587, being part of Property Identification Numbers 00567 0069 and 00567 0067
At this meeting, Council will hear any person or their solicitor or agent, who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected by the by-law and who applied to be heard.
