The past five years have been an exciting time for owners Dr. Brian Sides and Dr. Sarah Ytsma at Chatham-Kent Performance Health. Not only have they doubled in size, moved locations, and added new services, but starting in November they will mark their five year anniversary by bringing on another new member to their team. Dr. Alexandra Wolting, ND will be bringing her skills as a licensed naturopath practitioner to CK Performance Health, a service that compliments the exiting list of options, which includes chiropractic care, laser therapy, massage therapy, concussion management, and more.
“We are very excited to bring Dr. Alex onboard because she is not only highly skilled, but is also eager to start helping our patients identify and achieve their health goals,” said Sarah. “There is nothing like coming in to work every day knowing that our team of practitioners are as passionate about health as we are.”
Brian and Sarah have always prided themselves on providing the highest quality care. This includes Brian receiving advanced training for concussion management.
“As far as I am aware, I have the highest degree of concussion training in Chatham-Kent,” said Brian. “I believe strongly in ensuring that concussions are properly managed, which is why I have completed all of the existing training levels currently available.”
“I’ve known Brian and Sarah for several years now and they are a great couple and smart business people,” said Taylor Hughes, Economic Development Officer. “Sarah is originally from Chatham-Kent and moved back 8 years ago after going away to school in the States, where she met Brian. Since then they have been dedicate to their family, their business, and the community.”
