A suspect has been arrested after a robbery at a downtown Chatham bank.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege a 53-year-old man attended a financial institution in Chatham and demanded a sum of money.
“The man fled the area with a quantity of cash and was subsequently arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police,” police officials allege.
“There were no injuries sustained during this occurrence.”
The investigation into this matter is currently ongoing, police say
