Council is seeking to promote local artists. If you are interested in having your work on display at the Civic Centre, here is your chance to do just that.
Please send quality image files in jpeg file format to ckpartnership@chatham-kent.ca along with a short artist’s statement by March 16, 2020. Please include your contact information, dimensions of the work you are submitting and pricing information. Include the words “Support local art” in the subject line.
We are looking for works of art, however preference will be given to works that showcase places and life in Chatham-Kent. Accepted works will be on display from April through June, 2020. Works of art are purchased can will be removed prior to June 30 per artist request. All work must be professionally completed and ready to hang. Artists will be responsible for insuring their own work.
We are looking forward to seeing what you have! Successful applicants will be notified by March 23, 2020.
