Original story: A special weather statement has been issued in Chatham-Kent, as northwesterly wind gusts of 70 km/h are expected this evening.
“In addition, a few isolated thunderstorms remain possible into early this evening with strong wind gusts up to 85 km/h likely and pea size hail reported,” Environment Canada officials stated.
