Chatham-Kent PP officials allege: On April 20, 2020 at approximately 8:26 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 40 and Countryview Line.
A small car travelling westbound on Countryview Line failed to stop at the intersection crossing Highway 40.
Both vehicles involved sustained major damage.
Neither driver was injured as a result of the collision.
A 49-year-old driver from Dresden was charged with Disobey Stop Sign – fail to stop.
