Update from The Black Goose Patio

The patio will open Wednesday, June 17. There was more work required to the deck than originally thought. We apologize for the delay. We have been back and forth on the opening of the patio but we know people are itching for a chance to get out so we will try our best to make this work. Here are the restrictions.

Tables and orders have to be made in advance. A table can be booked ahead any time. Food orders need to be place by noon the day of. This is not a government stipulation. This one is ours. We sell out every night and this is the only way we can guarantee you receive your food at the time give. For example. Book your table for 5:15 but order your food for 5:30 and enjoy an drink first. We do have full table service with one small exception. If a group is ordering a meal deal, it will delivered to your table in takeout format with all the plates and utensils requires. All other meals are delivered plated like we normally do. We will have a waitress on for all patio nights. For the rest of June, the patio will be open from 3:30 until 7:30 for last call, allowing everyone to stay until 8:00. We will provide hand sanitizer for all tables. Our waitstaff must wear masks when serving but we sure hope our guests do not. You are here to enjoy your visit. Our table will be socially distanced as required. Customers are allowed to use the restrooms but guests are asked to enter and depart from the patio please. We pushed for the health unit to allow us to use the dining room as a back up for inclement weather but we were denied. All tables and chairs will be sprayed with an approved sanitizer and wiped between use. There will be no table settings. Rolled silverware will be delivered with the meals and condiments will be individual packs for now. We asked to be made a test case where we would open completely and see what happens but we were denied. Feel free to leave any questions. Starting next Wednesday, we will offer takeout from 11-1 and 4:00 – 7 every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will be expanding our hours, and we will be open more days in July. One final note, our liquor selection will be limited for the remainder of the month. Standard bar shots, coolers, draft beer, wine and cider will be available.
