Mrs. Florentina Bogaert passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020 at Fairfield Park, in Wallaceburg, at the age of 92.
She was born in Belgium, raised in Holland and was the daughter of the late Petrus and Rosalia (Schuren) Van Esbroeck.
Beloved wife of the late Gysbertus Bogaert (1967).
Loving mother and mother-in-law of Rosemary (Alex) Furo, Peter (Debbie) Bogaert, Marjorie (Howard) Bogaert, Richard (Robin) Bogaert and George (Michelle) Bogaert.
Dear grandmother of Annette, Nicholas, Gregory, Laura, Ashley, Kerry, Angela, Katie, Mallory, Brittney and Jordan.
Dear great grandmother of Violet, Rowan, Chloe, Aiden, Owen, Andrew, Ben, Ethan, Colton, Rilynn, Hadley, Liam, Noah, Tallula, Rio, Eli, Jude and Harrison.
Predeceased by her two brothers Peter (2001) and Frank (1974).
Kind sister-in-law of Paul (Joan) Bogaert, Theo (Irene) Bogaert, Achiel Bogaert and Johanna Bogaert. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The late Florentina Bogaert is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home (639 Elgin St. – 519-627-2861) in Wallaceburg.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady Help of Christians Church on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 12 noon.
Visitation will take place from 10:30am until 12 noon at the church on Saturday June 27, 2020. Interment will take place in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
As an expression of sympathy donations to the Sacred Heart Church Food Bank or the Heart and Stroke Foundation may be left at the funeral.
