Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 39-year-old London, Ont., man was taken into custody after police found him unconscious in the lobby of a building in Wallaceburg.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to Wallace Street at about 5:49 p.m. on July 6 after receiving a report of a man who had passed out in a building lobby.
Police said the man was unable to care for himself and was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, where he was held until sober under the Liquor Licence and Control Act.
