Bail violation and breach of recognizance in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A male was involved in a motor vehicle collision.

The driver was on a release with house arrest conditions. 

The driver had no reason for being out of his residence.

He was placed under arrest for breach of recognizance. 

The driver was then transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters and held for bail. 

Bail violation and breach of undertaking in Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A suspicious person call was received. 

A man was located in the general area.

Investigation found the man to be under house arrest.

He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters and held for bail. 

Mischief and theft on Dover Street in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime overnight, unknown suspects cut a hole in fence and stole two kayaks. 

The investigation is currently on-going.

Warrants in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A man was arrested for mischief and bail violation from an investigation the previous day.  

The man had several outstanding warrants with the Chatham-Kent Police. 

He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters and held for bail.

Weapons charges in Blenheim

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A man threatened to stab another male on Snow Avenue.

He was arrested for weapons dangerous, utter threats and assault with weapon. 

He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service
Headquarters and held for bail.
