While our world and community adapted to a new reality through COVID-19, we have had major changes as well. Because our volunteers have not been able to come to Hospice due to the restrictions, staff have stepped in to fill some of their roles. We are very thankful for support from the Government of Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund and Chatham Kent Community Foundation. Their recent grant will help cover the unexpected additional staff costs. Thank you for ensuring our resident’s and their families have a peaceful and comfortable home-away-from-home at Hospice.
