Mrs. Ethel Elaine Thain, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at the age of 97 years.
She was born in Bobcaygeon, Ontario and was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Temme) Richardson .
Beloved wife of the late Gerald Thain (2010).
Loving mother of Gerry (Sandra) Thain, Christine (Jed) Collins and Janice (Bruce Hubley) Thain.
Dear grandmother of Ryan (Kathi), Gerry (Christine), Tricia (Brian) and Stephanie.
Dear great grandmother of Braden, Jordyn, Victoria, Nathan, Nolan, Lili and Claire.
She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Harry, Charlie, Edith and Lillian.
The late Ethel Thain is resting at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Following Ethel’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
