Police: Robbery charges, mischief, warrants, bail violation

Robbery

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: While on general patrol in the area of Shrewsbury, officers located a male and female wanted by the Chatham Kent Police Service for robbery and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

The male and female were arrested and transported to CKPS headquarters and held for bail.

Mischief

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: In the area of Coverdale Street in Chatham, a male attended his mother’s residence.

She told him he was not welcome there and he began kicking the door and throwing rocks at the home and vehicle parked in the laneway

The damage caused was estimated at $3,000.

The male was arrested and transported to CKPS headquarters where he was held for bail.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: While on general patrol, in the area of Queen Street in Chatham, police located a male who was wanted by the CKPS.

The male was arrested and transported to CKPS headquarters where he was held for bail.

Bail violation

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: While on genera patrol, in the area of Harvey Street in Chatham, police located a male who was known to police.

Through investigation, police learned the male has breached multiple court ordered conditions of his release.

The male was arrested, charged, and transported to CKPS headquarters where he was held for bail.
