Break and enter in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime between September 11 and September 12, 2020 in the 300 block of Richmond St. suspects entered a fenced compound and removed 12 semi truck tires, with and without rims.
Total estimated value is $5,000.

Aggravated assault in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 12, 2020 the hospital called to advise a male had arrived at the hospital with significant injuries including broken bones and an eye injury.
The injuries were not life threatening, but required him to be transported to Windsor for treatment.
Through investigation police learned that a Tilbury man had attended his ex-girlfriends house in Chatham, forced his way inside and assaulted a man.
The 32-year-old Tilbury man was located and arrested for aggravated assault.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was held for bail.
Impaired collision in Tilbury
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On September 12, 2020 a 45-year-old Bothwell man was driving in the area of Middle Line and Davidson Line when he turned in front of a motorcycle causing the driver to go to ground to avoid a collision.
No contact made with vehicles but the motorcyclist sustained leg injuries and transported to hospital.
Through investigation officers believed the Bothwell man was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for operation while impaired cause bodily harm.
The man was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where breath samples were obtained with readings over the legal limit.
The man was additionally charged with 80 plus.
