As we continue to move forward, heading back to normalcy, we will be offering free coffee with any breakfast purchase this Saturday and Sunday to kick off our return to 9:00 am breakfast service. We will be open at 9:00 am, seven days a week starting this Saturday, October 31. We start our new specials Monday, featuring stuffed chicken and a smothered chopped sirloin. Back in June, we embarked on a mission to complete all the projects that have been repeatedly put on hold during our 8 years here. We are half way there, and plan to complete our projects in November, despite having the slowest September and October on record. A new stereo system, and a surveillance system that will monitor the street, as well as our entrances have been ordered. Awnings from Chris Wilson have been ordered and are due to arrive within 6 weeks. Handy Brother’s is working on a new filter system to improve air quality, making us a safe bet for the winter months. We will continue to add to our menu as we slowly work our way back to the new normal. We will do our best to accommodate groups for Christmas so if you are thinking of booking in, I would not wait too long. Covid spacing is limited. We will be offering our family-pack turkey dinners for Christmas with pickup on Christmas eve morning. We will start taking orders for Christmas December 1. I believe that completes our update.
