North Element, Whyte’s & AarKel capture Chamber awards

The first trio of award winners have been announced by the Wallaceburg and District Chamber of Commerce for their 2020 Business and Community Excellence Awards.

North Element Inc. won the Industrial Achievement Award, Whyte’s Foods won the Agricultural Award and AarKel Tool and Die captured the Technology Award.

The Chamber is following a new format this year for their annual event.

It is being held from Monday, November 2 to Friday, November 6 on the radio station in Wallaceburg, 99.1 CKXS, during the morning show between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m.

The Business of the Year, Environmental Award and Entrepreneur of the Year winners are set to be announced on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
