Seth Griffith helping out with Wallaceburg Minor Hockey players

Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith, who recently inked a two-year deal with the Edmonton Oilers, is set to hit the ice at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena this month.

Wallaceburg Minor Hockey Association (WMHA) officials say Griffith will be joining some practices this month as a volunteer and will be helping out with some groups.

“Lakers, get ready for some extra professional pointers on the ice,” WMHA officials posted on their website.

“Seth has generously offered to help out for the short while that he will be back home. WMHA will try to accommodate as many groups as possible, with temporary practice schedule changes.”

WMHA officials say will have the opportunity to practice with Griffith, along with getting some photos and autographs.

“On behalf of all the players of WMHA, we thank you Seth for your continued generosity and commitment to your home town,” WMHA officials say.
