We will are back to doing full delivery, but we’ve had to change a few things. When our delivery team arrives, we ask that you maintain the appropriate distance to show them where your delivery is going. After that, we ask that you please wait in the next room for our guys finish the delivery. We have a quick 3 question screening procedure when we set up deliveries. Any old appliances to be removed will be done on a one for one basis.
For furniture delivery, we ask you to please have the room and space ready for your new purchase when we arrive. For mattresses, we are unable to move your old mattress at this time. Please have the the old mattress out of the way if you would like us to put it right in place for you.
We are really sorry about having to implement this restrictions, but given the current situation we have had to make these changes not only to protect ourselves, but our customers also. Please know, as soon as the situation allows, we will be back to our normal level of service. Be patient. Stay home if you can. Let’s get through this together.
