Effective Thursday April 8, 2021:
Ontario is in another province wide lockdown and “stay at home” orders and emergency measures have taken effect. Insurance is an essential service. We will continue operating; albeit at a reduced capacity.
Main office reception will remain open 9am – 4pm for customer contact, payments and switchboard. Masks worn at all times, 2 people maximum. No one allowed past front counter, no access to washrooms. All Covid 19 protocols will be in effect. All other NKMi Offices will remain closed to the public.
Absolutely no on-site customer meetings, this includes agents and claims. Agents are available by email or cell phone
Some staff will be working from home, others will be in the office on a rotational basis. Due to business requirements we will maintain a small staff complement and manager in the office at all times.
