Lambton OPP officials allege: On July 15, 2021 at 10:30 a.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were contacted regarding a performer in the area who was being repeatedly followed and receiving unwanted communication from a fan.
Officers attended the venue at around 8:30 p.m. after event staff observed the individual in attendance.
Officers located the individual, who was taken into custody without incident.
A 44-year-old Walpole Island First Nations woman has been charged with the following:
– Criminal Harassment and,
– Failure to comply with undertaking (two counts).
The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
