Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night, police responded to an on-going noise complaint on Partridge Crescent in Chatham.
Since June, police have responded to nine complaints regarding the man playing music too loud.
The man has been cautioned and charged under the noise by-law.
The 28-year-old man was arrested and charged with mischief – interfering with lawful use and enjoyment of property.
He was released pending a future court date of September 21, 2021.
