Mrs. Lorna Marie (Kavanaugh) McGill, a resident of Sarnia, passed away peacefully surrounded by those who loved her on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Trillium Villa, in Sarnia, in her 95th year.
Lorna was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Arthur and Ellen (Buckingham) Kavanaugh.
She is survived by her only devoted son, Terry McGill and his loving companion Leeanne Houle. Lorna had a special relationship and will also be sadly missed by her granddaughter Roberta (David) Lepore and great granddaughters Cassandra and Katie. She is predeceased by her husband Dwaine (1999).
The late Lorna Mc Gill rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
A mass of Christian burial and memorial will be held this summer where a tree will be planted in memory of Lorna.
