Woman arrested on outstanding warrant
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On June 28, 2021, police attended a Chatham motel to remove a female after her stay had expired.
The 39-year-old Wallaceburg woman refused to leave, while officers attempted to escort her, the accused punched and kicked the officer.
Subsequently, the accused was arrested for assault police.
On July 23rd, 2021, police attended a different Chatham Hotel to remove the same female after being evicted.
While acting belligerently the 39-year-old Wallaceburg woman threw a piece of garbage at the officers face.
On March 20th, 2022 police located the accused who had failed to attend her previous court dates and was wanted on the outstanding warrant.
The woman has been charged with assault police x 2 and fail to attend court.
She was released pending a future court date of April 13, 2022.
Break and enter
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Early yesterday morning police were contacted in regard to a break, enter and theft complainant.
Sometime overnight unknown suspects entered the victim’s mudroom and vehicle stealing a pair of boots and blue ice fishing jacket.
The suspect also left behind a pair of size 12 Nike running shoes.

Disturbance leads to arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday at approximately 8:40 p.m., police attended a residence on King Street in Wallaceburg in regards to a disturbance.
A local resident located a woman in his garage prompting a police response.
As a result, a 44-year-old Wallaceburg woman was arrested and subsequently held in custody for a bail hearing.
